Meet Jose L. Nuñez
Jose is the former Managing Shareholder of Packman, Neuwahl & Rosenberg and concentrates his practice in the areas of U.S. Federal taxes and domestic and international estate planning for U.S. and non-U.S. individuals with particular emphasis in the U.S. Federal tax rules applicable to non-U.S. investors and their U.S. investments, and U.S. investors with investments abroad, including helping non-U.S. families “immigrate” into the United States from a Federal tax perspective assisting them with the transition from being non-U.S. taxpayers to U.S. taxpayers, and thereafter with their U.S. legal tax needs. This requires the design, formation and operation of domestic and foreign trusts and other estate planning vehicles and business entities (e.g., corporations and limited liability companies).
