Meet Felipe Frias
Felipe Frías is a Shareholder at Packman, Neuwahl & Rosenberg, P.A. and he focuses his practice in all areas of real estate transactions and financing, and corporate and business matters. During his legal career, he has represented clients involved in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential lending. Felipe has also advised a variety of domestic and international clients with personal, corporate, real estate, and general commercial issues, including purchase and sales of businesses, shareholder/member transfers, property conveyances, and a wide variety of corporate matters.
Felipe is a member of The Florida Bar (Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Sections), the Cuban American Bar Association, and the Dade County Bar Association. Felipe was involved with the pro-bono program Put Something Back as operated by the Eleventh Judicial Circuit and the Dade County Bar Association, and in the e-Mentoring Program of the Young Lawyers Division of the Dade County Bar Association, where individual high school students were mentored and counseled by local attorneys.
He is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and the District of Columbia. Prior to joining Packman, Neuwahl and Rosenberg in 2013, he worked in private practice at other law firms, practicing in all areas of real estate and corporate law. Felipe is fluent in Spanish.
