Meet Roxanne M. Fraser
Roxanne M. Fraser is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law and Senior Immigration Associate Attorney at Packman, Neuwahl & Rosenberg. Roxanne graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida with a major in English. She attended law school at the University of Florida, where she led in various student organizations as President of the Immigration Law Association and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. She won first place in UF’s negotiation competition and fourth place in national negotiation competition. She was also a Certified Legal Intern for the Intimate Partner Violence Clinic, where she prepared U visa petitions and VAWA applications. She also interned with the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Counsel in Orlando and at private immigration law firms in Coral Gables and Gainesville. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida. Prior to starting at Packman, Neuwahl and Rosenberg, she worked as an immigration attorney for three years at another law firm, practicing in all areas of immigration and focusing primarily on business immigration.
